Unfortunately, one lounger is defective. The headboard for hooking/adjusting the positions, more precisely, the plastic strips do not hold the headboard. I would like to ask you to send me 2 new plastic strips that I can then replace myself or tell me the address of the manufacturer.

The chairs in a double pack are very comfortable and make a stable impression. The side pocket is also useful. I deduct one point because the snapped-in head section always slips off the rod, the plastic holders do not hold there or the snap-in function does not hold so well. In the best case, it just slips out and falls flat, but once it hit the head hard when sitting on it. Otherwise they fully fulfill their function.
